- Automated generation of 38 SCE Daily Operations Summary using Excel VBA to eliminate errors in manpower accounting and reduce administrative load by 50%
- Awarded “Outstanding Soldier of the Month” in August 2018 for efficient and effective management of training area bidding – meticulous tabulation of area usage data across all SAF units to advise respective company OCs
- Managed and tracked unit’s IPPT / Marksmanship performance of more than 300 soldiers, contributing to unit achievement of SAF Best Combat Support Unit and Best Combat Engineer Unit awards for 2017/18 and 2018/19
